Free Shipping on All Orders
WOUEJ is pleased to offer free shipping on all orders. During checkout, you can choose the free shipping option or select a faster shipping option for an additional fee.
Shipping time depends on your location, product availability, and when you place the order, typically taking 3 to 7 business days. We use reliable carriers to ensure your order is delivered on time.
Order Processing Time
This is the time between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the shipping service. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend may experience slight delays.
Our warehouse operates during standard working hours from Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take measures to minimize shipping delays.

Shipping Notification

Order Tracking
To track the status of an existing order, visit our order tracking page. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout to view the order status. You can find your order number in the order confirmation email sent after your purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (the tracking number will be activated within 24 hours). Please note that during sales or holiday periods, it may take longer to process. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.
If you are unable to track your package, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 72 hours.
Late Deliveries
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@wouej.com. We will promptly check with the shipping company and update you. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Order Cancellations
If you contact us promptly after purchase, we can cancel your order. If payment has been completed and the package has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order before it is dispatched, and we will provide a full refund. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Customs Information
In rare cases, customs duties may be charged by your government instead of our website. You will be responsible for these charges. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we cannot control the customs authorities in your country or any other country. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding customs duties or taxes.
Sales Tax
Please note that our free shipping policy does not include free return shipping. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
