30-Day Return Policy

Our 30-day return policy allows you to return or request a refund within 30 days after placing your order, giving you ample time to reconsider your purchase. Please contact us via email at support@wouej.com before initiating a return.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition as received, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • All returned items must be in the same condition as when received, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • When returning items, customers must use a shipping method with tracking information.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Used or activated products.
  • Refund requests made after the return period has expired.
  • Damages or losses caused by the customer.
  • Promotional items or gift cards are non-returnable.
  • Price match issues for previous purchases.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

General Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: To initiate a return, please email us at support@wouej.com with photos and/or videos of the product, along with your order number. Our customer service team will confirm whether your return request meets the conditions within 3 business days.

  2. Return the Item: If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions (please note: unauthorized returns will not be accepted). We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and delivery confirmation, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

  3. Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days and arrange for an exchange or refund.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the return is due to our fault (e.g., incorrect product, quality issues), we will provide a full refund, including the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s reasons (e.g., change of mind, incorrect item/size ordered), the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action.

Exchanges: To ensure you receive the desired item as soon as possible, the best option is to return the product you have and place a new order for the correct item once your return is accepted.

Refunds: The refund will be based on the actual price paid at the time of purchase, excluding any subsequent discounts or promotions. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

If you do not receive the refund within 10 business days, please check your bank account, and then contact your bank or credit card company as the refund may take longer to process. If, after completing these steps, you still have not received the refund, please contact us at support@wouej.com.

Order Cancellations: If you contact us promptly after purchase, we may cancel your order. If payment has been completed and the package has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order before it is dispatched, and we will provide a full refund. Once the package has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
