1. Delivery area

WOUEJ is prepared for European home EV charger customers. Available delivery countries and shipping methods are shown at checkout. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Order processing

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Bulk orders, project orders, pre-orders, and backorder products may require additional preparation time.

3. Estimated delivery time

For most available European destinations, estimated delivery is usually 5-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates may vary by destination, product availability, carrier capacity, customs checks, public holidays, weather conditions, and remote-area delivery routes.

4. Shipping cost

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. If a free shipping promotion applies, the applicable conditions will be shown on the product page, cart, checkout, or promotion page.

5. Taxes, VAT, duties, and customs

Depending on the destination and checkout configuration, orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or local taxes. Any charges shown at checkout should be reviewed before payment. If additional local charges are collected by customs or a carrier, the customer is responsible for paying them unless stated otherwise in writing.

6. Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used for the order after dispatch. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.

7. Delayed, damaged, or missing parcels

If a parcel is delayed, damaged on arrival, or appears lost, contact us with your order number, delivery country, tracking number, and photos of any damaged packaging. We will help investigate with the carrier and provide the next available solution.

8. EV charger installation note

Delivery does not include installation, electrical work, site inspection, permits, or local compliance checks unless this is clearly included in a separate written quote. EV charging equipment should be installed and checked by a qualified electrician or installer according to local electrical regulations.
